What is it about?

'Waltz Luxury Holiday Boot Camp' is run as part of the WALTZ Summer School for students in the hospitality and tourism sector. Organised in partnership with ProbusBNW it is funded by the London Development Agency and hosted by the University of Kent.

Each team enjoys 24 hours of pampered luxury and another 24 hours of service support in a series of structured and evaluated catering, hotel and tourism activities.

What are the benefits?

The students experience the hospitality industry from the customers' point of view, leading to new insights and an increased sensitivity to guests' needs. The experience helps students recognise the importance of quality control and customer care.
