Engaging with Parents and the Community
Twist works with parents and carers, inspiring them to forge stronger links with their child's school and to get more involved in their child's education. We also help students interact with and learn from the wider community.

Case studies:

An extended schools project to inspire parents from diverse cultural backgrounds to support their children's learning.

A citizenship project for the whole of Year 10 at Dame Alice Owen's School.

A leadership exercise for underachieving Year 8 students. They learned about 19th-century literature, art, history and geography, then planned and delivered a residential trip to Yorkshire for other students.

A project with Years 9 and 10 at Catford Business and Enterprise College liaising with worldwide accountancy firm KPMG.

At Central Foundation Girls' School, students researched and reported on women's empowerment in a project that linked the school's specialism with curriculum subjects.
